CEO just bought 14K shares in the open market

Just got a report: INK Research Report on RGX, it says that Michael Dehn recently bought 14,000 shares in the open market, starting from
,24, then
.29, then
.28, and finally
.31 during July/Aug time. He now owns 61K shares (with 31% increase in holding) and 850K options.

FNC (Fancamp) owns 9M shares, and Peter Smith owns 325K options.

Joe Dwek Management Consultants 2007 Inc. owns 7.348M shares, 760K options, and 7.6M warrants.

Pinetree Capital owns 2M shares.

Joe Dwek and Pinetree represent institution holding of RGX.

The fact that Michael Dehn bought 14K shares (31% increase in holding) in the open market speak loudly that he believes in RGX.
