RE: RE: RE: Show Me The Money>Add in Peter Gardner. He charged $8k per month read the FS. thats 96k x10years is almost a million bucks.
Just a second. Let's focus on this one for a moment, because it's fairly clearly documented and easy to understand.
Peter Gardner. No one has heard much of this guy. According to the filings, he was President a couple of times. What he actually DID as president, I'm not clear, but according to the filings, he wasn't on the charts in 2002. He charged about 48K in 2003, 13K in 2004, 0 in 2005, 2006, 2007, in his capacity as a director. How was he charging 8K per month to G8?
Even if his fees totaled 8K per month due to some accounting gymnastics, he was nowhere to be seen before 2002, and resigned in 2007. How does that make 10 years? Snackypete's math is about as good as WoodenHead's spelling.
And by the way, I know how the "consultant" operates. He never pays full cash on a contract. It's always part cash and part shares. Is that included in all your other calculations, snackyboy?
So basically, snackypete, you're full of it. I can only assume the rest of your claims smell the same as this one.
