RE: RE: Another Legal Action

RE: RE: Another Legal Action
Millright,
There's no need for thanks on the congratulations I sent you and your fellow defendants way.  I assume it's what any freedom of speech loving person should do.  I'm also not surprised that you received support and even expressions of disgust concerning the action that was taken, even from some of those who had previously differed with you on these BB's.
I noticed your sense of humor seems to have remained intact.  Referring to this latest farce as SLAPPstick is still bringing a smile to my face.
I'd heard rumor that an ISM investor had been sued.  I can't even begin to imagine the embarrassment this must have caused.  I think someone else also heard the same rumor,  it might explain why he had so much trouble keeping the number of defendants straight.  (There and then,  it might not.  .......Numbers aren't  really this simple guys thing.) It's nice to know that my rumor mill is still in good working order. (Grapevine is still a bit dodgy but that's another post)
You touched on a subject that I mentioned before on this BB,  about posters  (well,  1 person) who kept referring to the geologist as being a "fake". He continued to do this even after ISM's press release announcing who the geologist was.   In all honesty what did he hope to achieve from a  lie such as this?  The truth was already out there in black and white.  I'd ask him, but he isn't known for having any answers.
Hate to bring this up, but since you made your post announcing the discontinuance of legal action there is something that has been really bothering me.  For many years now,  and far more aliases than I care to count,  the cheerleaders usual response to any of your posts, has always had the same theme.  You are usually accused indirectly,  sometimes even directly,  of being a liar, and not capable of telling the truth. It's then implied this is due to some sort of mental illness or addiction.   I haven't read any of that type of post since you posted about the discontinuance. You've not been called a liar in any way shape or form.   Why do you suppose,  on this one subject,  you are suddenly believable?  It makes no sense, especially, when there hasn't (to my knowledge) been a press, or news release to back up what you are claiming?  It's very, very strange,  if you ask me. You don't suppose ISM's investor relations company was actually working on a holiday Monday?
Judging from the most recent posts, it looks like the powers that be,  have decided to enlist the input of an old washed up comedian whose so bad he has to work under two different stage names.  It's been years since he brought anything new to the table.   I guess you've almost got to admire the spirit of one who shows up thinking he's capable of posting anything substantial that could possibly divert attention away from anything you might currently have to offer.    With all those who are still MIA,  I guess this is the best they could come up with.
Millright, I've enjoyed  reading your most recent posts.  The farce (as you aptly phrased it) resulting in the reasons for you now making such posts,  remains IMHO  a gross misuse of any judicial system.  That having been said, I'm certainly looking forward to any follow up posts on this subject.  I admit,  I'm not very well versed when it comes to matters pertaining to law, but I can sure read and interpret  publicly available drill hole data results.  LOL.
All the Best
S.
PS .  Rocky, I don't think Millright is in any mood to accept that Olive Branch you might be thinking of proffering.
