RE: RE: RE: RE: Another Legal Action

RE: RE: RE: RE: Another Legal ActionRockbottom,

So they shut me up, and you say that was their goal. Why would they be worried about me? I was just pointing out obvious flaws that other critics were pointing out.

I thought their stated goal was to prevent the market cap slide they said was caused  by the defendants, they said $100 million in six months. That didn't work, did it Rockbottom? The share price went from $2.12 to 21 cents. Wouldn't it have been a better goal for shareholders to stop that plummeting market cap - from $150 million to $15 million! Ouch!

Anyway, sociopath that I am, I'm really feeling important that a big $150 million dollar company thought I was so important that they made fools of themselves just to shut me up. I'm really too humble to believe that, Rockbottom. But if you insist.......... Geez, I'm good!

So Rockbottom, using your rationale, they sued to shut people up. It sounds to me like they didn't want people to hear what four people were posting. Just what was it they didn't want people to hear? They didn't want people to hear the reality on the lack of probable nickel? They didn't want people to hear about the reality of the NSR purchased from their CEO and others? They didn't want people to hear about the CEO's past, which was disclosed in their own prospectus? They didn't want to hear a loyal ISM shareholder support their own CEO? Just why do you think they're so worried about people hearing reality? Strange paranoia for what used to be a $150 million company.
