How's this for irony.  We learn of ISM's true goal from a poster on this BB.  Then we learn that ISM accomplished their goal.  Then we learn that it worked.  How did we glean this information?  From 3 different posts all addressed to none other than  Millright.   If the goal was accomplished and it worked:   Why is Millright still talking?   
When it comes to ISM maybe the definition for "accomplished goals" has a different meaning to what most of us understand it to be!
