RE: Another Legal ActionRockbottom,
Here's what you called a threatening private message. I'd say it was much more considerate than you deserved.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
To the individual using the rocksolid47 and trailorparkboy user name on Stockhouse Media
In my inbox communication to the drillbit2008 user name on February 14, 2010, I mentioned incidences of posts made under that user name that included information that can be linked to my personal name, that indicated residence addresses, business addresses, a threat that you should visit my office, and threats related to purported ethics violations. You must be aware that these actions involve implications beyond civil action, and that authorities besides the Courts have jurisdiction to deal with them. Since that time, I am aware of further actions directed at a user name that is identifiable with my personal name, as a result of the discontinued action initiated by Inspiration Mining Corporation and David Randall Miller. These actions include the execution of the previously threatened action concerning ethics violations, evidenced by the anonymous complaint forwarded to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. Also a post containing allegations of fraudulent behaviour, securities violations, and ethics violations. Your most recent posts give the indication that you may continue to act in this manner.
First of all, let's clear up your apparent misconception that the use of multiple aliases, and subsequent "retirement" of an alias such as drillbit2008, relieves you of personal responsibility for your actions. I don't know, nor care, whether there is one or ten individuals using the user names in question. I do know that there is ultimate responsibility by an individual for the IP address identifying each message. I also know that such IP addresses link the user names, rocksolid47, trailorparkboy, drillbit2008 and others. Your charade fools few on the forums, it fools no authority that has access to the IP addresses.
So, one last time, I am suggesting that you consider your exposure in continuing to direct defamatory or threatening comments at the millright user name, which are in effect, as you have acknowledged, directed at my personal name. As I stated previously, the monetary rewards that I might achieve are not a motive, but will be vigorously pursued if an action is initiated. My purpose in providing an opportunity to eliminate the need for criminal or civil actions is not out of any concern or respect for you, it is selfish. I would prefer to avoid the unnecessary time and effort involved, along with the initial investment in legal costs. I am not requesting acknowledgement or response, although you may do this by inbox if you have a pertinent comment. I will assess your response, by the content in your future forum messages, including those by other existing or new user names you might choose. I am forwarding this by Stockhouse inbox, as I do not wish to establish contact that provides you with personal information you do not already have. If you would prefer to receive such information by mail, please advise of the correct postal code. One source indicates ??? ??5, a second ??? ??4.Comments are also on record, concerning Liberty, Jilin Jien and the Liberty CEO, that can be considered actionable, and are linked to aliases using IP addresses of your responsibility. I take exception to these actions, as they affect a company in which I have an interest. Contact with the company confirms that the powers that be are aware of your comments, and take offence. I am aware that shareholders besides me, have urged that action be taken against those that slander the company and management. I can assure you that I will provide Liberty with every assistance available, if your actions continue.
So Mr. T, the ball is in your court. You can discontinue this childishness and keep the game out of another Court, or you can continue as in the past and find out if your anger and pride was worth the personal and financial costs.
Forwarded by the real life person behind the millright alias.
