Institutions are not adding to their positions because they know near term the energy markets are going nowhere. Too much NG in storage with slack demand keeps that commodity depressed  and a glut of oil keeps its price in a $75 range. I still think Frog Lake is a good play, Ansell is intriguing, Bruce seems viable. All I want to hear and see is a comittment that TBE is going to go after this Princess play with the same zeal and intensity as what Crew has done nearby. Saunders touched on that...his issue is he can't blow the lid off Capex to accomplish this possibility by taking on more debt or by issuing more equity. So TBE is going to grow through the bit and the pace is not going to be that quickly.
