Dear VMS Followers,

This is the first note I have sent with this new name and logo. We will be using both for the first time this weekend at our booths at the Toronto investment show. Show details are below.

Since adding our fourth Company, North American Nickel, it has become clear we need to better streamline our identity for you and the market in general…and, we have to answer the phone each day, so this seemed to make sense for that, too.

Since most of you on our 5,000 plus e-mail list do not live in the Toronto area, I’ve included the booth attachment to show you what the new booth screens we will be using this weekend look like. Your comments are welcome.

You will see the North Shore Mining Group message is simple: “People, Properties, Opportunity”.

Each of our companies has outstanding geologists, working on properties selected because they can host major deposits and are in geological environments our teams know very well. We provide discovery leverage opportunity for shareholders in copper, gold, uranium and nickel in jurisdictions and regions or “camps” known to host large orebodies.

John Roozendaal, Mark Fedikow, Keith Patey and I will be at the North Shore Mining Group booths, #223 and #225 at the Toronto Resource Investment Conference September 25 - 26, 2010 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Toronto, Ontario.

Neil Richardson, VMS’ new COO, will join us Sunday.

We will be presenting VMS Ventures to the Conference at 11:30 am Sunday in Workshop 1.

Exhibit Hall hours are Saturday and Sunday from 10AM - 5PM.
