Joint ventures vs dilution

Joint ventures vs dilutionGoldbrook:s "agreement" with JJ contains the same  general guidelines as one previously sign with Anglo American except for the total funding for the first 3 years, 45 millions vs 20 millions. Back then Anglo funded the first 2 years and then bailed out the third year and retained 0% in Goldbrook. The management did a good job since coming in to Raglan to increase it's holding in the area by m&a and progress with deals mentioned above, without those deals we would have a CO with 600 000 000 share outstanding and counting.
