Tucows Domains segment manages approximately 25 million domain names and millions of value-added services through a global reseller network of over 35,000 web hosts and internet service providers (ISPs).

Agreed, the SP seems to have alot of resistance at $11.20-$11.25. The deal is done, should close by mid October.
Big players will start to look out 3 years on this stock and see that it is a steal at this price. I think that once it formally closes, then we will see a bump up in price from here. In the mean time, the price of Moly stinks and this is a drag on the price of TCM. It was a very good move to buy TRX.
