With the kind of gains we have experienced over the last six weeks those positions can take a truly disproportionate amount of their overall portfolio. Many of these people have money managers who have standing instructions not to let any particular issue go over X percentage of their portfolio. When that happens there is a sell executed which is by virtue of standing instructions is distanced from the "insider" and thus avoids accusations of "insider advantage" trading.
Essentially what it means is "don't have all your eggs in one basket" and any prudent person would so the same.
Given the recent performance of this stock I don't think any of us are in a position to throw rocks at management.
