RE: RE: RE: THREE OF OUR BANKS
Minefinder1...

You make a very good point about Hochschild shopping their share block into the market place but what you must realize is that this block required a huge chunk of cash to purchase and to get what?

Recent history has demonstrated that the prospective buyers are using their shares to make the deals happen, thus not tapping into their cash reserves.

If any company takes a run at Lake Shore it will be for the entire company not a share of the company which could easily be diluted with another Private Placement.

There is no doubt that LSG is a most interesting and unique gold play and the story has been filled with twists and turns and is quite the chess game...the players are top notch and I have truly enjoyed the ride and would like to continue to see this play out if the forces to be will allow it!

Another thing, I believe Hochschild did not sell their shares of LSG because of their debt obligations, they are in a very healthy financial position and can easily carry their debt load...they have other plans and we can see it unfolding by the market reaction to their most recent change of strategy.
