I think you did not intrepret my thoughts as I meant them to be.  I believe in the long, but with high volumes and volatility, there is the opportunity to go in and out and pick up profit on the way up.  I am not sure why you would suggest people to stay long unless you are selling. I would expect that from a stockbroker or an IR person, but not a savy investor
