As for those old posts of mine - nice trip down memory lane by the way - c'mon surely you can do better than that! I know some of my old posts and there has to be some monstrous bloopers out there just waiting to be unearthed and presented for some light relief LOL!
The World has changed a whole lot since 2007 and early 2008 - and quite frankly - I wish I had been a little more cautious in those days. But all things in context - individual posts don't make much sense in isolation and without seeing the thread that they were a part of.
Gulf Shores was not exactly the smartest of my Lottery Ticket picks either Ho Hum! I have many many more of those in my past.
I am quite sure anyone who has been in the investment game for any length of time has made "a few" such mistakes along the way. Just as I am sure that the Law of Large Numbers ensures that out there is someone who has never backed a loser...
In many ways thats probably the only reason most of us visit these BBs in the first place. We hope that out amidst all the garbage and junk that somewhere just occasionally some useful factoid is carelessly dropped so that we can look at things differently and make some smarter choices.
