it just so happens that today I had to go for a yearly hearing test, and had a very interesting conversation with an hearing technician afterwards. I asked if he had ever heard of sonomax and he said he didnt know them. I then decided to give him a brief overview of the company and we talked about the V4 headset. He asked me for the website of the company and he opened up his laptop to check it out. He was very impressed by the product itself. I asked him how much a custom ear piece costs and he tells me they go for about 150-300$ and take quite a while to make (2-3 weeks). He said that if a product like the V4 hits the market that there is no way they could compete and it would essentially put them out of business. Not only is it more cost effective and faster, but it would essentially make any other type of hearing protection a thing of the past. I was very impressed that he took the time to give me his professional opinion and thanked him for his services. so there you have it, you've had my opinion as a professional worker in the construction field before and now the opinion of a certified hearing technician. I think this bodes very well for us!
