RE: Business

RE: Business
It is different when you are an executive of the company and, as an insider, buying and especially selling implies something entirely different than what an outsider does. Perception is very important.
I don't know about you, but I am not into a risky early stage investment for a 2x return unless I am purposely "trading" rather than "investing". I have had my position, purchased in the 0.20s, for years and I didn't/haven't sold anything yet. Perhaps I should be. Maybe his selling is telling us something.
Executives, shouldn't be trading (which is almost the same as speculating) their own stock. I suspect that the board may have to provide some guidelines. He may have had other reasons like having to pay for his car, kids, or house, and I try not to pass judgment (because I have been in the same position) but, as I have said before, perception has to be managed.
