Orbimed Buying Into RBM

Hey, just a thought,

I have look through all of Orbimed companies and found BM is the only Company with a Listing in a public market. Am I Wrong on this? Is it possible that the price of RBM is being ket down so that Orbimed is able to buy enough shares to take RBM private?
