Ramp TNI test issue?

Ramp TNI test issue?Hello,

ive been doing some further reasearch into RBM and its systems. One of my Chinese contacts in the medical field says that there have been issues with TNI test results from the Ramp system, Can anyone confirm this?     what is a TNi test? 

could this be another reason for the current situation?
