RE: Q3 Results Out & Not a Peep!

RE: Q3 Results Out & Not a Peep! The report was alright, not great but not bad either. Cash costs were high which reduced net income, but that was because of milling issues (not sure if you read the release). They will produce more than 130k ounces. If you were paying careful attention you would have noticed that they have been touting 130k production instead of 140k before this also, so no shock to me there. Overall Q4 will be better than Q2, so we should expect to see around over 6 cents earnings there.

Therefore we will have a huge amount of gold sold in Q4, similar to Q3. Not really a big deal.

As for the sell-off, was there really one? The company has always been volatile, it has been in a trading range for a while now, just cuz it went down doesnt mean it was a weird sell-off, much more likely it was simply profit taking. Also as quick as it was dropping it was popping back up to 1.80-1.90, so it wasnt so much a straight sell-off.

You predicted 70 million in cash flow, when did u make that prediction. We already knew that cash flow was around 29 million after 2 quarters. They would have had to avg. 20 million in cash flow for Q3 and Q4 to make your prediction. The milling agreement was known to be a problem, just like it was in Q1. I didnt expect 70 million.

Overall you bring up some good points, but I have to respectfully disagree with them.

GL on your investments Abe
