after tax benefit costs nothing to the company. fact that pkl can sell at a premium to the actual current maket value is a plus and all juniors need cash to keep the drill going. look around and you'll find many juniors are issuing to load up on cash with gold sitting in the area of $1400, it makes good business sense. the fact that they were asked to increase the offering bodes well as well, now it's up to management to do the right thing with the cash to build up shareholder value. the only bitterness i see is the fact that most of us can't get in on the offering and take advantage of it. go ahead and sell and we'll accumulate .
