supported by distribution

supported by distributionYou hit the nail right on the head.
If white rock was a compnay "trading" with no or minimal distribution, then  the price could follow a more typical cycle of ups and downs.

But!!!
White rock has a monthly distribution of .1403/unit or $1.68/unit/year.
Or
in todays dollars just above 9%
Since you can borrow money at 3% to 4% range, the distribution "supports " the price .....eventually.

In the face of WRK expanding and doing very well opperationally , its trading price shuld be viewed as a young growth company, with the benifits of a yield.
Saying that, the recent correction was way over done and we shuold see a rresoanble setling out over the next few days.
into the $19/$20 range where it should be.
