RE: Highlights of Conference call/Part 1

RE: Highlights of Conference call/Part 1

Hello Freakinidiot et al,

Re: Your  “Positive comments”

*India ramping up as all formalities with Tier 1 operator required to start deploying has been achieved

Comment: Perhaps just one of the “formalities” (should this be what such things are called nowadays) which can present as holding up “deployment” of just about any telecommunications network components within the Indian telecommunications market

Well sufficed to state that there could be an extreme shortage of the requisite kind of lubrication or GREASE, if you will?

*Indonesia also ramping up as Govt is pushing all the spectrum winners to start deploying or else lose their spectrum

Comment: You may want to consider precisely what has contributed to the Indonesian “spectrum winners” electing to delay the proposed rollouts, Freakinidiot?

After all, it could have something to do with the aforementioned possibility as well; i.e. the delay could have much to do with some perceived or actual shortage of the requisite kind lubrication or GREASE, if you will?

*Tranzeo decided to open a marketing office in Indonesia and hired a former nortel marketing person.

Comment: Hmm; a former Nortel marketing professional?

Well now; you had better be providing such a professional marketing specialist with some of the requirements which he/she is accustomed to “leveraging."

Perhaps you had better allow this former Nortel marketing “specialist” to tell existing Indonesian customers or would-be Indonesian customers that this Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc/Aperto networks enterprise is prepared to finance (at a very reasonable cost to the purchaser or the company of course) the various purchases of telecommunications equipment products.

After all, that is how purchase orders for Nortel’s fibre optic equipment products (obviously, amongst other products and services of course) are believed to have been secured by Nortel “marketing” specialists and/or other Nortel representatives, eh.

*Malaysia just auctioned 2.3/2.6 spectrum and expecting nation wide deployment soon. Tranzeo active in getting some orders in Malaysia

Comment: The Malaysian auction and any suggested future nationwide telecommunications network deployments may or may not have anything to do with this Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc/Aperto Networks enterprise, eh.

Alas, perhaps that too would have something to do with some perceived or actual shortage of the requisite kind lubrication or GREASE, if you will? LOL

*Few orders expected from china very soon

Comment: Too few details had been offered as pertains to the “few orders” supposedly expected from China “very soon”

By the way, stating “very soon” while suggesting equipment purchase orders and future equipment contracts are on the way or would be on the way to being realized …

Well, sufficed to state that Mr. Tocher may as well have suggested that cows will begin flying over the moon someday very soon.”

*Kuwait deployment to start in 2011

Comment: Yes; and one would perhaps be able to arrange for you to purchase some prime “residential development” zoned lands – swamplands conveniently situated within an area known as the Florida everglades, eh. LOL

*Tranzeo's presence in spain by winning PO for 4 million recently

Comment: Would that be 4 Million dollars added directly to the bottom line; or would most of such would-be deliverable monies be somehow eaten up due to certain kinds of operating expenditures, additional charges related to the Aperto Networks purchase booked and/or just about anything else you can think of?

*No guidance will be provided until end of Q4

Comment: What guidance could Mr. Tocher et al. actually choose to give?

After all, when these mystery charges related to “the consolidation” of the remaining Aperto Network operations into Tranzeo’s operations suddenly appear after the fact

Well, sufficed to state that Mr. Tocher et al. certainly have enough “egg on their face” if you will.

As one understands it to be the case, providing “flawed guidance”, as pertains to the various costs associated with the purchase of Aperto Networks, is not the same as electing not to provide any guidance at all, eh.

Should you wish to offer guidance, you had better be certain that such guidance is not conveniently skewed, Mr. Tocher

To be continued

This is and I AM – CANADIAN,

The Sure Bet Too
