I couldn't agree with you more Art - this is a head fake yet again, but it shows how skittish the markets are.  The deal in my mind is most trends are intact, and the Fed and other central bankers are trying to stop their QE2 and similar efforts from sliding into speculative commodity inflation.  The greedy need to be slapped around by the power of the central bank every now and again.

Copper demand isn't going to tank, but like I said before the idea the price will skyrocket conveniently ignores the question "who can afford to pay that much".  Inflated dollars maybe ... but there isn't much traction in that.

Get IVN down in the high teens and I might even call it a buying opportunity!
