RE: Insider TradingMaybe they are selling for the rather simple reason of taking profit, for whatever reason. Even though I am quite sure of the long term prospects of the company I sold shares at lower prices. Everyone does it. Maybe they thing the market might retrace and they want to buy back lower. I really do think you are over-reacting DEH to be now questioning what we all saw as a rather conservative price of 4-4.50.
