Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Prospectus

ProspectusNow we really find out about Mr. Lee. How many shares, and at what price? He's a great sales person, but will Managers at the funds reap the benefits, or will we? The offering "should" be filled at a premium. Given his aggressive nature, this will be a significant fund raising, so I assume a lot of shares. This would not be a stop unless we are taking a major fund raising.

Hopefully, it's not a gift to the late-comers. Here's hoping he raises a lot of money, at a great $value, without too much dilution, and to the benefit of all. A little suspicous because of the timing. Any close before details of a strong off-take Agreement would seem to be a short-sell on a great play.

I'll keep my money on Frank though.

Fingers crossed.
