RE: coiled springYes, our share price is still only about 45% of our NAV despite the run-up in the SP. We haven't closed the gap at all really because the NAV has risen just as much, which leaves a lot of potential for further SP appreciation.

I'm sure PNP has closed the gap considerably.  What is their estimated NAV?
