Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: This will not bode well for share price IMI have to agree with you Trust-. GoldToe hopes for some good news, we all do, but I have yet to see great news coming out between announced financing, and close. It just never seems to happen. Normally sideways or down, until close of the placement, and then news begins to come out. Sure would be nice to be an Outlier to that standard, but odds are we will not be.

On the other hand, Frank may have people lined up for this. Some key people with deep pockets are advisers to this Co. I would expect a very strong level of interest in the form of $ and interest. Over-subscribed at a $1.10+ would be appropriate:) Over-subscribed at .67 w warrants would be a more realistic match to the Venture's standards.

I am in this long term, but sure hope we do not sell ourselves short in the near-term. Capital is not near as tight in the markets as it was 18-months ago...
