Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Clarification please...

Clarification please...The following quote from the release is interesting. Is it common disclosure for all PP's? I do not recognize it as such.

"The offering will be conducted in the Canadian provinces referred to above through Jacob Securities Ltd. Renaissance Capital (Hong Kong) Ltd. and affiliates will act as special selling agent for the purpose of procuring subscribers in certain jurisdictions outside of Canada."

The Hong Kong listing keeps coming up on the board. That last section might indicate Frank is already active in bring in investors from that "jurisdiction"? Perhaps trying to gain the benefit of those funds now, as opposed to waiting through the process of attaining a Hong Kong listing?

Truth/ Speed or others with input would be appreciated.
