I am an accredited investor and called today but they said it is oversubscribed so no luck. It might not trade down. It usually depends if the subscribers already have paper to sell, although know-nothing discount brokers can go wild and sell out if they see the sp dropping.
There are lots of hot tech stories trading for low prices to potential, and the silly season of tax loss selling is upon us, so no need to worry about missing this one.
