Latest FinancingA week or so ago there was a lot of discussion about when the $12,000,000 deal would be approved by the Securities Commission, and I do remember one post that said more or less, "Don't worry about it!"

Has there been any news to confirm that approval has actually been given?  (Excuse me if there was and I missed it.)
