MTB Metals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company. The Company has six active projects spanning approximately 580 square kilometers in the prolific Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia. Its projects include Telegraph, American Creek, Red Cliff, BA property, Theia and Southmore. The Telegraph project is located in the vicinity of four porphyry deposits being advanced by mining companies: Galore (Teck / Newmont), Schaft (Teck), Saddle (Newmont) and the operating Red Chris copper-gold mine (Newcrest / Imperial Metals). The American Creek project is centered on the historic Mountain Boy silver mine. The project is road accessible and 20 kilometers (km) from the deep-water port of Stewart. Red Cliff is a past producing gold and copper mine in which the Company holds a 35% interest. The BA property is a silver-lead-zinc mineralization located approximately four km from the highway. The Southmore is in the midst of some of the deposits in the Golden Triangle.

Insider CommentsKasum name has similar trends on the insider transactions but Kruchowski doesn't seem to playing the option game yet. 

One item that scares me is the resolution on compensation options whereby the board can issue up to 20% of oustanding shares in compensation options.  Not a big deal with limited shares outstanding but with 100 million out.  A little more independence on the board would be comforting. 

Tax season cut off coming which should address the flow through issuance.  Provided the company doesn't engage in what I call silly financing activities MTB should be poised to move but we need stronger hands and deeper pockets to step in.  

Another junior I'm invested in is producing assays within 6 to 8 weeks of completion.  If there are 22 drills completed as stated in the news release results should start flowing.  Given the location of holes I am optimistic about further high grade intercepts but I'm anxious to see the drill plan.  One would think this would have been mapped before drilling to show past results and future drill holes.  

I'll keep picking at the bones as a $15 million market cap for a (now funded exploration company) with strong showing across multiple projects seems cheap.  This is not a one trick pony with exploration cost risk mitigation in place. 

Cheap,however, is all relative to management actions so I would prefer to gain some confidence in this team before I go real deep.    Still have to keep management on their toes though!
