bim off topic

bim off topicVenman, while I can see some of your perspective, I am having trouble understanding the real issue.
Someone comes long and makes a offer of 1.25  the BOD thinks that represents a fair price and is willing to accept it.  The market is at 1.35..so what?  Arbitragers. Optimists, whatever..It is a bit like saying  you cannot put a bid in below the market price as it will affect those who paid more.  And really how much different is that then say issusing 20mm new shares in a pp at 1/2 the market price? What am I missing here?
I do agree with you about the increase in the fee and the lowering of percentages, but I expect those were probably concessions made to close the deal...And I am completely out of BIM at this point.
BTW, with regard to the continued BIM/AXI comparioson, some people obviously feel that all that extensive infrastructure costs etc. are really not all that siginificant.  This deal , to me shows a great deal of faith, as there is no ability to bail once they are in.
