Debt problems

Debt problemsThis company just got out of incurring losses for the last few quarters. Also it seems to be having trouble with creditors as per their quarterly press release. The stock price seems to reflect this. Even with the new contract which adds 40 Million a year, I don't see this stock price moving up. With resistance at .14 cents. It could head towards this mark but no further?
