Rick and Harry are the additions that make the most sense to me. Harry would be providing advice to Wade and Rick. (not Robert as the  resident know-it-all ) recently stated. IMHO the strategic decisions are being made by Rick.

There are a couple more changes that can be made to bolster the team but may hinge on the elimination of the hedge etc.  I'm hoping for an early sign of where the milling capacity is going to be. Saskabush or BF (old Stock). If it is Box a few professionals will have an extremely close look at their options.  Is the GLR taunting BRD in their last PR? Where is the closest operating mine to Box and when was it put into production?  AU or U?
