Mr. O'rourke and Mr. Shier have started up a new capital pool company called Beanstalk Capital Corp (beg.p) O'rourke is the CEO and Mr. Shier is the CFO of this newly formed company. Also on the board is Marin Katusa, who  is the senior editor for the Casey's Energy Report. Only 4 million shares available on the open market.Financing was done about a month ago which was impossible to partake in as rumour has it that some very heavy hitters in the promotional world took most. My gut is this baby is going to scream to a buck once the plan starts in motion.
