Avcorp Industries, Inc. announced that it has filed a Motion toInstitute Proceedings in Quebec Superior Court. The Company is seekingcompensation in excess of $18,000,000 for unrecovered costs incurred inaccordance with the termination for convenience provisions of a contractfor the CRJ700 program. The contract with the Company was terminated byBombardier in 2007.
