I find this truly bizarre:

It is also alleged that the directors of UBS intentionally triggered achange of control in the management services agreement with JolianInvestment Limited (a company controlled by the former Chief ExecutiveOfficer of UBS) by failing to re-elect the former CEO as a director.

Was it really the current board that did not elect McG as a director?
Or was it the shareholders, who by exercising their democratic voting rights, did not re elect McG?

Hmmmm, let me see, is it a or b?
