Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Merry Christmas all holders of PCY's shares. Mr. Lee has a vision for PCY and it will be interesting how the power plant financing will be done... thru debt financing or selling of other assets or thru j/v. Now i would sell the other assets if it was to keep the power plant in PCY's control as we still have the coal mine that will become very profitable once the company begins to sell 1 to 2 million tonnes. Institutions and insiders hold a very large portion of PCY's securities which i see as a good thing... Lee has also mentioned gaining new investors in Asia so we'll probably see a listing in China and maybe Russia.. who knows eh?

A clear vision and good managment should bring prosperity to PCY's shareholders. It could be a rocky ride for the global stock markets but PCY should hold on to it's value pretty well... some cash to buy crazy selldowns comes in handy for the larger picture.

Merry Christmas all and may peace be yours...
