RE: RE: Warrents out there as well at $3.00 strikeno, one warrent entitles you to by one share.  in the initial offering it was 1/2 a warrant as part of each unit.   So if you bought 100 units you got 100 common shares and 50 purchase warrants.   I should have looked, someone probably already answered this.
