Service Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Company operates through two segments: hotel investments and net lease investments. It owns a portfolio of hotels and net lease service and necessity-based retail properties. The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

RE: RE: procera q4Couldn't agree more with all the points nodswell.  In many cases, share price eventually floats back down to the original share price, indicating serious issues with the firm to begin with.
With procera, I'm not sure if that'll happen as revenues are relatively stable in the sense the market continues to grow & I would expect they believe they will increase for 2011.  Their partnership with Genband has really helped as well & have announced some good wins given the size of their firm.  So I'm presuming Procera's board wants to obtain the attention of larger investors b/c at around
.6, they're not looking.
As svc continues to rise, larger investors likely have and will continue to take notice imo.  I've liked how Caputo & the mgmt team have righted the ship if you will since about a couple years.  They have led svc from the depths to, imo, a great outlook moving forward.
