    Happy new year to all. Returned from trip to Washington to visit relatives and friends. Some of you aware of my knowledge of State dept. and other agencies.Simply the developments in Africa are very bad and intrusion of outside influence redirecting elements is of concern.Notice my vageness??? It's bad which explains gov. money for project. There must also be a n element in ICP that is of great interest as the China issue is of concern,but the European influence my be a bigger problem.
