RE: BAJ optionthey don't get those shares unless they pay the company $1.17 per share. They get the option to do this for a time period of probably 2 years, when these shares could very well be trading at $5 or $6 . When you notice exercise of options at .76 means the director or insider has paid .76 to the company in order to get the shares (probably from a previous option allowance. Now they can sell those shares in the open market at $1.06. An incentive for those directors receiving options to make the company prosper and thus increase share price.
