Duvernay

DuvernayCeltic should have tested the 2nd Duvernay well about the middle of last week. Just about the
time the stock began to really take off with good volume support. Their partners in the joint
venture Trilogy and Yoho also began to move but not to the extent that Celtic has moved.
Celtic is the main force so it's understandable they would move the most on really good
well results. The first well had issues with a bad frac job and showed a lower flow rate
but had 75 bbls per mcf of NGL in the well. This one I'm suspecting is much more
favorable and might be the catalyst for the stock to be moving.

GLA...

If Duvernay is good test keep an eye on Orleans as they have 17 sections of Duvernay
rights in Kaybob and Celtic would be a logical farm in on those lands if they are
getting very good results there.
