yes repositioning rebalncing etc the 7 bux is a reference
the sp will turn back up unless they dont deliver
i doubt it but for the investors like me that do not buy and hold a great oopportunity is becoming available.
ur right i thougt phoenix was anti CSI
i will give an example is BNK as soon as RBC upgraded and started buying the stock the price went to the roof
will it retrace to 6.6 BNK ? ya never know but they have a new ceiling now
now we r talking about a producing oil company not a junior on the go
