I received this email from IR this afternoon. After our conversation this morning I took the liberty of sending Lisa an email to ask the very question if the Rig was released outright....
The rig, Romfor Rig 23,  was released from the Kurdamir-1 well which denotes the official end of that well. That same rig is currently being assembled on the Sarqala-1 site.  We expect re-entry drilling to start sometime around the end of January or first of February.
