RE: RE: RE: Vecta Energy names new CFOthe way i hear it, her appointment was a stipulation of the financing. i was informed that seeing her on board was just as good a financing news release, of course that could'nt come before they actually announcement of the JV partner.

im taking this with a grain of salt, as should you.
