$ 1.45 rumour...................lol....lol...lol..Not a chance in helll that this gets sold for those "pennies"...this will not go for a dime less than the Potash One story and even at that it will just not happen that cheap.  Potash One it appears never intended to produce - they just put a nice dress on her, added ruby red lipstick and sent her out to attract a bid.

Allana WILL get to production or so dam close that the buyout will be SERIOUSLY north of Potash One's $ 4.50
