RP, to clarify a few things

1.  The agreement, as I understood it, was specifcially focused on the Roche Bay property. And allocating funds to other projects would imply ownership in the other projects.  Doesnt make any sense to me.
2. Where do you get your drilling budget numbers from?  The x-drilling is deep drilling.Supplies will have to be flown in, and they are heavy and will be expensive..Much salt will be needed for this type of drilling program.
To be blunt, your numbers do not make any sense to me, so perhaps you could help me to understand by explaining how you came up with them in a little more detail.(Specifically the sources)
3. As far as a royality payment to Roche Bay, it has to be compared to the net profit as a percentage to see its impact, and not to the gross sale price.  Particularly if the USD drops and thus changes the expense(CDN)/sales(USD) ratio., or inflation eats up the profit.  Take a look at the financials for some of the larger mining companies and you will have an idea how that percentage impacts the profit of a company.
4. Lastly, why are people adding at the end of posts to do your own DD?  Doesnt everyone but me do it.
