This Is No Normal FinancingListen Conmember, if this were a normal financing I wouldn't be beefing because you're actually right this time, they are done at a discount.

Problem here, and that's why they called the Special Meeting which has been postponed twice already, is that HALF THE COMPANY IS BEING SOLD on a fully diluted basis.

You know there are cheap whores and then there are expensive escorts for the wealthy.  I can already see which one you'd schack up with, lol.

The strategic investors should be paying a lot more that 45 cents.  Why the special privelege if at least one asset is being proven up as a good one?

As for selling, I can always buy back, that's not the problem here.  The problem is that the company is not having their assets properly realized with this deal, and the real shareholders are getting a cheap date.  JMHO
