A picture would definitely be worth a thousand words. Give me an address and i could drive over and take some pictures also. 

I think it is a go for Vecta O&G whether VER gets financing or not. They are the ones with the land so they would not have a problem finding another partner. Worst case scenario if financing fails, maybe they would still let VER play along and do a farm-in so they wouldn't have to raise money.
